"Don is the kind of realtor everyone hopes to find but rarely does.We were selling our home from out of state, which could have easily been a stressful and overwhelming experience. But from the very beginning, Don made it feel like we had someone we could completely trust on the ground. Someone who genuinely cared, paid attention to every detail, and always had our best interest at heart.He did not just list our house. He took care of it. He checked in on it regularly, coordinated all necessary work, and made sure everything looked perfect, even when it meant getting his hands dirty himself. "Man… we just intended to find out what we had to do to get in shape for buying a house and meet up with a realtor. We thought it would be months before we could buy one. Well… that was on 9/9. We closed on our first home on 10/24. Don knows how to get down to brass tacks on what makes a house worth buying. His negotiation skills are phenomenal. It felt like him and our lender got all the dominos perfectly set up for us behind the scenes. We were told the process of buying a house was going to be stressful, and of course it was a bit stressful, but everything went way smoother than expected and that’s all because of Don and our lender. We never thought we would be able to own a home let alone one as excellent as the one we bought. Thank you Don!"

"Don is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! Worked with him twice (on behalf of family, a couple of years apart) and both times, sold quickly and above the listing price. He is easy to work with, no nonsense, and gives great advice. If you need help to prep the home, he has resources readily available that he can recommend. If you don't know what you should do/not do to prep, he runs the numbers and his advice is always spot on. The first sale, I disagreed with his advice on staging the home. I followed his advice and was ever so grateful that I did! Anytime someone is selling their home, I recommend Don and his staff! Will use him again!"

He gave us valuable advice on what what we would have to do to be competitive in a difficult market in a desirable neighborhood. We beat out three other offers and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Don also was excellent at negotiating some extra money for closing costs after our inspection. Don and Emma (his assistant) were extremely communicative throughout the entire process sharing information, knowledge, and wisdom freely.
